Were looking for a seasoned CDD leader who brings deep Healthcare & Life Sciences expertise someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, transactions, and growth .

As a Director Commercial Due Diligence , youll:

Lead end-to-end CDD and growth strategy projects for PE and corporate clients

Advise on market entry, competitive positioning, and investment theses

Work across pharma, medtech, healthcare delivery, and health-tech

Collaborate with financial and operational due diligence teams on complex deals

Build client relationships and shape the HLS advisory agenda

What were looking for:

1218 years in consulting / CDD / strategy / M&A advisory

Strong HLS sector experience (must-have)

Exceptional analytical, storytelling, and stakeholder skills

CA/MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute
