Director - Centre for Career Guidance & Development (CCG&D)

Integral University invites applications from accomplished professionals for the position of Director, Centre for Career Guidance & Development (CCG&D).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic leadership to the Centre for Career Guidance & Development.
2. Plan, coordinate and strengthen student placements, internships, and industry interaction across all programmes.
3. Design and deliver career guidance, counselling, and employability enhancement programmes for students.
4. Develop and sustain partnerships with industries, corporates, professional bodies and alumni.
5. Supervise Training & Placement activities and coordinate placement teams.
6. Organize career fairs, recruitment drives, skill-development workshops and employer engagement events.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

1. Master's degree in Management / Education / Engineering / Sciences / Social Sciences or a related discipline from a recognized university.
2. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in career guidance, training & placement, industry liaison, or academic administration.
3. Mandatory experience as Training & Placement Officer / Placement Head / Director-Career Services in a reputed university or higher-education institution.
4. Proven track record in managing student placements, internships and employer relations across multiple disciplines.

Preferential (Desirable) Requirements

1. Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
2. Prior working experience in top Indian universities or institutions (IITs, NITs, IIMs, Central/State Universities, or NIRF top-100 ranked universities/institutions).
3. Experience in large-scale campus recruitment, national-level recruiters, and structured career guidance systems.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
