Position Overview:
This role will be responsible for Business Performance Management and Insights for The Coca-Cola Company across all of India and Southwest Asia. Key responsibilities include detailed monitoring of business performance, along with clear communication of potential impacts on business plans, with a strong bias toward delivering actionable insights. The successful candidate will work with empowerment on a fast-paced team, operate with strong attention to detail and desire to learn, and continuously evolve and improve work through analysis, collaboration, and iteration. Reports to Senior Director, Financial Planning and Competitive Insights.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end monitoring of business performance across India and Southwest Asia including financial results and drivers, consumer behavior, route-to-market execution, etc. and relative to direct and indirect competitors
Track macroeconomic, industry, and other external factors and perform detailed analyses to determine impact to business outcomes
Conduct “always-on” tracking of key strategic initiatives required to deliver short- and long-term business plans
Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Commercial, and Strategy teams to form a shared view of risks and opportunities to business plans
Steward monthly and quarterly performance management routines with local C-suite
Lead production of detailed deliverables for comprehensive business performance reviews with global C-suite
Partner with digital teams to evolve workstream capabilities and deliver data-driven insights
Continual improvement to processes, approach, and deliverables
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master’s Degree, MBA, or related not required but a plus
Related Work Experience:
8+ Years’ of management consulting, investment banking, business planning or other relevant experience
Demonstrated track record of effective analysis and synthesis for business insights
Functional Skills:
Horizon Scanning – Continuously monitors business and macro environments (including consumer preferences, competitive landscape, and financial markets) for impact to strategy.
Descriptive & Predictive Analytics – Utilize data science tools and infrastructure to derive meaningful, actionable insights that inform decision-making processes.
Data-Driven Storytelling – A creative way of consolidating data, analyzing for insight, and translating into a clear and compelling story.
Disciplined Decision Support – Identifies actionable business insights and facilitates alignment of decision-makers to ensure prioritization of the most critical projects.
