About the Role: The Organizational Change Management lead will play a key role in ensuring that our clients ERP/HRIS/CRM transformation program objectives are realized on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.



Responsibilities:



  • The change management lead will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes introduced by technology and process transformations.
  • The role will lead a team of change management analysts and SMEs supporting our clients, alongside potential partners to deliver adoption objectives from a people, behaviour, process, and technology standpoint.
  • This role will play a central role in developing and building an Organizational Change Management Center of Excellence that brings together Birlasoft OCM methodology, tools, templates, resources and service/solutions in order to ensure client readiness.
  • Supporting growth in sales and talent pipeline as needed for prospective multiple client engagements.
  • As a Senior Manager in our Organizational Change Management team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading them through their complex Organizational Transformation programs.
  • You will be involved in project delivery, focusing on advisory and implementation projects related to driving technology, process, culture and enabling behaviour change.
  • You will be responsible for innovating and providing client solutions, while bringing forward the latest industry insights and trends.
  • You will mentor and manage junior practitioners, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • You will be expected to raise any risks or concerns to leaders, collaborating with others on the project to address and mitigate these issues.
  • Additionally, you will contribute to business development efforts by preparing Statements of Work (SOW) and developing proposals (RFP and sole sourced).
  • This role will require cross-functional, cross-stream, and cross Business Unit collaboration as you will work closely with colleagues from across the firm to deliver comprehensive One Birlasoft solutions to our clients.



Qualifications: This position will need to work through many others in the organization to succeed. The OCM Senior Manager will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor. The OCM Senior Manager may also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions. The OCM Senior Manager will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans. Will need to assist Client in determining appropriate business decisions about go-live strategy as it relates to people readiness and adoption. Working directly with key business function leaders determine approach for go live about customers, sales orders, service orders, inventory, suppliers, partners, locations, business processes etc.



Required Skills:



  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities (i.e. Prosci, Kotter, CCMP).
  • Apply a change management process and tools to create both a go-live business approach and a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Support communication and stakeholder engagement efforts.
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and analysis to identify key stakeholders and assess their change readiness through surveys, focus groups and various stakeholder engagement tactics.
  • Assess all change impacts arising from process, technology and behavior changes through an impact analysis and summarizing the changes that will start stop and continue.
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications by building communications plans and associated content.
  • Support training efforts.
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs, plans and associated content.
  • Complete change management assessments.
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
  • Consult and coach project teams.
  • Create actionable deliverable for the five change management levers: communications plan, adoption plan, training plan, change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping.
  • Support and engage senior leaders, coach managers and supervisors and manage stakeholders.
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists.
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan.
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
  • Track and report issues.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Support change management at the organizational level.
  • Experience with large scale change management with regards to ERP/HRIS/CRM systems.
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at both senior and middle management levels.
