Job title:Director – Product Management
Work Location: Hyderabad or Chennai (open to Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, NCR)
Work Arrangement: Requires a minimum of 9 working days per month from the Chennai office, with the remaining days flexible to be worked from any of the other listed locations.
About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager with 18+ years of expertise in driving product innovation, aligning business goals with customer needs, and managing high-performing cross-functional teams. This role requires deep knowledge of domain, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering impactful products in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
What will you do:
Strategic Product Leadership
Define and articulate the product vision and strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
Drive product roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
Foster a shared understanding of product objectives and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
