Director – Business ResilienceThe candidate should have strong leadership skills with proven experience managing and developing high-performing risk management teams, and the ability to influence senior management and global teams on strategic risk decisions. The firm seeks not only a strong leader who can articulate a vision, but one who can also drive execution of that vision in a very concrete manner that results in tangible business outcomes (bookings, contribution margin, revenue, market recognition).The role demands a high level of autonomy; a strong appetite to drive change and overcome organizational complexity; and a high level of drive to build a business from its current strong foundations to a potential billion-scale business.

Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a Director-level executive to Develop and implement strategies to foresee and address emerging risks, opportunities, and trends in the financial sector, ensuring long-term business resilience for both clients and the organization.Lead and manage the ERM consulting practice, defining strategic vision, setting goals, and executing initiatives that align with the company’s objective.Understand clients' risk management needs and provide guidance on best practices, tools, and strategies for addressing enterprise risks across their organizations.Identify, assess, and manage operational risks related to financial transactions, market fluctuations, and internal processes that could impact client services or financial stability.Establish and track resilience-focused Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business continuity and crisis management strategies for clients.Oversee the resilience of IT systems, ensuring uninterrupted access to digital banking, trading, and payment platforms during technological disruptions or cyber threats.Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals, responses to RFPs, and other pre-sales materials, ensuring alignment with client need.Lead the sales cycle and drive efforts to secure new consulting engagements.Lead the development of consulting offers and assets to support pre-sales, go-to-market pursuits, and capability demonstrations.Our Ideal CandidateThey will have 18-20 years of experience in Operational Risk / Enterprise Risk Management and a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales. 15+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, with at least 8 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of delivering large-scale risk management projects across industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, or government is preferred.They should be willing to take on a committed engagement role or client-facing advisory/delivery responsibilities while implementing our offers/solutions with our local and/or global teams. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
