Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Director with 20 to 23 years of experience in Network Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of complex projects ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of network infrastructure projects ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.Oversee project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful project completion.Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in network infrastructure.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients stakeholders and vendors to ensure project success.Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to address any issues or risks.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network infrastructure solutions.Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed reports to senior management and stakeholders.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.Manage project documentation including technical specifications project plans and status reports.Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.Provide technical expertise and support to project teams addressing any technical challenges that arise.Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in network infrastructure to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in network infrastructure with at least 20 years of relevant experience.Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Exhibit strong leadership and team management abilities with experience leading cross-functional teams.Showcase exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
