We are seeking a Chief of Staff to drive sales initiatives. We are looking for a leader with consulting experience who can take on the following responsibilities:

• Drive Strategic Priorities: Collaborate with the executive leadership of the consulting team to implement and drive strategic priorities for the consulting business.
• Manage Strategic Account Program: Refresh account strategies for Consulting, focusing on key accounts and enabling traction on their sales pursuits across Consulting Service Lines (SLs), in alignment with the central Markets team.
• Drive Sales Initiatives: Strengthen relationships across Lines of Service within the Firm for Consulting, aligning and coordinating sales initiatives across all SLs. Plan and execute future sales initiatives for the consulting service lines.
• Sales Management Process: Implement a consistent sales management process within Consulting, ensuring alignment with Firm-level initiatives.
• Market and Industry Monitoring: Coordinate with the central Markets team to track market trends, industry developments, and competitive intelligence. Contribute to business reviews and meetings with customized sales initiatives for each SL, ensuring tracking and follow-up as needed.
• Monitor Business Investments: Track and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of key business initiatives for Consulting. Coordinate with global teams to align India’s investments with global priorities.
