The Post Merger Integration (PMI) organization delivers maximum value on Wipro acquisitions through leading, optimizing and executing cross-functional integration plans. Through our work, we ensure our acquired entities feel comfortable and engaged. We are Wipro brand ambassadors, and the first face of Wipro that welcome our acquired entities to the company.

About the Job:
This role will work closely with Business Leaders, Acquired Entity Leadership, Corporate Development and the Wipro functional competency leads (Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Facilities, etc.). We are looking for a proactive senior leader who will help shape the integration approach and raise the strategic profile of the integration team. This role is a direct report to the Vice President of Post Merger Integration.


The ideal candidate will be adept at engaging and influencing partners, stakeholders and leadership, to ensure customers are supported, and ensuring integrations are planned for and lead, across matrixed stakeholders, in a repeatable way through the application of for repeatable frameworks and standard methodologies that drive increased business value. This leader ensures no balls are dropped and deadlines are achieved, including critical milestones that belong to other functions that do not report to them. They are able to create their own presentations and documents to support business requirements and are always leading with a customer mindset.


Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead the integration of multiple acquisitions at a global level from business case
development to execution and post-closing value capture, incorporating key issues
discovered through diligence
• Partner with Executive Sponsor and Business and Functional leaders to incorporate
the operating model, integration approach and organization structure for each
acquisition
• Be a thought leader and champion to raise the strategic profile of the Integration
function both internally and externally
• Lead development of acquisition key tracking metrics aligned with transaction value
drivers and synergy plan to drive performance management
• Drive day-to-day integration execution management, including development of
integration plans, coaching cross-functional teams, managing weekly integration
team meetings and driving proactive issue resolution
• Spearhead status reports and preparation for Steering Committee meetings
• Lead the refinement of integration and corporate development playbooks that
incorporate prior experience and industry best practices across all key workstreams


Basic Qualifications:
• Executive presence – prior customer service or client facing work.
• 15 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 12 years of
work experience with an advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD); equivalent
years of related experience in M&A integration work will also be considered.
Preferred Qualification & Skills:
• 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience
with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD); equivalent years of related
experience in M&A integration work will also be considered.
• 12+ years business experience in Strategy, Operations and Integration including a
minimum of 5 years of experience in Integration.
• International experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record in leading M&A integrations or other complex system
integration programs either within a publicly traded company or a top-tier strategy
or operations consulting firm (minimum 5 transactions)
• Clear, crisp and convincing communication skills
• Thought leadership in M&A integration and ability to influence and push back with
senior business leaders to drive the integration agenda
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple acquisitions simultaneously, executing
against both individually as well as broader strategic initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive effective
integration planning and management
• Strong analytical, strategic and innovative thinker with creative problem-solving
skills


The selected candidate should be able to clearly demonstrate an interest and aptitude in managing and running integration programs for acquired entities within the Wipro ecosystem and developing customized integration solutions for each transaction concluded by Wipro. Additionally, the individual must thrive in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.


The selected candidate will join a team which has broad and deep range of integration experience across diverse areas. Ideally, the candidate will have proficiency with the interpersonal skillset required to lead and drive results from a cross-functional team.
