Project Lead (Director level)
Experience: 18-20 years
Oversee and manage project execution for Semi Con project, leading the
project team on behalf of the PMC (Project Management Company) selected
by Client to ensure that the project is successfully delivered on time and
within budget, managing change and assessing the operational and financial
risks for proposed construction project plans and process for engineering,
procurement, construction, commissioning, and project management tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Fully responsible for the management of a project based at a Client
Facility.
• Primary focal point for project execution.
• Responsible for the safe delivery of projects to budget and schedule.
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their
execution between engineering and construction discipline.
• Work closely with Teams from Global and Site Facilities, Global EHS,
Global Procurement, Corporate Finance as well as external industry
agencies and consultants to assure coordination of design and
construction with all working groups
• Manage project changes effectively.
• Ensure an effective risk management process is adopted.
• Provide QAQC/HSE leadership within sphere of influence.
• Responsible for estimation of scopes at each stage of a project
lifecycle.
• Identify methods for execution of projects and resources required
• Effective coordination of all elements of the project, with a hands-on,
can-do attitude where necessary.
• Good stakeholder management and interfacing skills
• Ensure Roles, Responsibilities and Accountabilities are fully
understood by the project team, including sub-contractors
• Development of relationships with internal and external customers
and organizations.
