Mission : Lead Perficients Adobe Delivery Unit, AI First Marketing Service line, using AI to define sales, delivery, execution and software development life cycle

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Transformation: Develop long-term AI roadmaps for enterprise clients, identifying high-impact use cases across Creative, Experience, and Document Clouds.

Operating Model Design: Redesign client field operating models and \"content supply chains\" to integrate AI-powered automation.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead \"AI Ambassadors\" and program managers to drive adoption within client organization.

• Lead cross-functional workstreams with PMs, AI ambassadors, sales leaders, and technical teams

Technical Architecture: Design scalable, enterprise-grade AI architectures that integrate with a client's existing data and cloud infrastructure.

Scale & Repeatability: Create repeatable methods for AI deployment so that a solution built for one customer can be scaled across the industry.

Multi-Horizon Strategy: You won't just manage the next sprint; you'll define the 3-year vision for how AI moves from a \"tool\" to an \"assistant\" (Agentic AI) across Creative Cloud and Experience Cloud.

0-to-1 Product Incubation: Leading teams through the \"fail-fast\" phase of new generative features, specifically in emerging areas like video understanding and 3D generation.

Create FDE teams for Perficients key Adobe clients

Qualifications:

Technical Depth: Mastery of the modern Generative AI stack, including:

Architectures: Transformers, Diffusion models, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

Infrastructure: Scalable data pipelines (Spark, Databricks) and cloud-native deployment (AWS/Azure).

Expertise: Deep knowledge of Generative AI, predictive analytics, and Adobes AI stack (Firefly, Adobe Sensei, GenStudio).

Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic programs in a global environment.
