Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Direct Sales professional. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting, client meetings, presenting tailored property options, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role may also involve providing training and support to team members as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage direct sales operations for assigned projects.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Plan and execute site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.
- Effectively pitch projects to customers and drive closures.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for sales support, documentation, and client servicing.
- Monitor lead follow-ups and conversion ratios.
- Prepare and submit regular MIS and performance reports to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in direct real estate sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complete sales cycles independently.
- Willingness to work from project sites in Sindhudurg (Sasoli, Tilari, Kudal, Kankavli).
- Target-driven mindset with strong closing abilities.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, lead management, and reporting tools.
