Job Title: Digital Workplace Sales Lead


Location: Chennai India

Reporting To: Head Digital Workplace Services

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Digital Workplace Sales Lead to drive new business growth across enterprise and mid-market segments. The candidate will be responsible for hunting new logos, expanding existing accounts, and positioning Digital Workplace solutions including Managed End-User Services, IT Service Desk, Field Support, Modern Workplace, Automation, and Workplace Transformation programs. The role demands strong consultative selling capability, industry understanding, and the ability to engage CXO stakeholders across India and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development

  • Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities in Digital Workplace Services.
  • Drive enterprise deals across sectors such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, IT/ITES, and Global Capability Centres.
  • Build strong pipeline through direct outreach, partnerships, and industry networking.

Solution Selling

Position offerings such as:

o End User Computing (EUC) Services

o Service Desk & NOC

o Field Services (PAN India / Global)

o Workplace Automation & Self-Heal Solutions

o Device Lifecycle Management

o Smart Lockers & IT Vending Solutions

o Workplace Experience & Digital Experience Monitoring (DEX)

Work closely with Pre-Sales & Solutioning teams to create compelling proposals.

Client Engagement

  • Engage CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Infrastructure, Digital Transformation Leaders.
  • Lead discovery discussions to understand workplace transformation pain points.
  • Develop strategic account plans and growth roadmaps.

Revenue & Target Management

  • Own annual revenue targets (new logo + farming).
  • Manage deal lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Ensure high win ratio and predictable sales pipeline.

Market Intelligence

  • Track industry trends in:
  • o Hybrid workplace models
  • o Automation-driven service desk
  • o AI-enabled workplace services o Experience-led workplace transformation
  • Provide competitive intelligence and pricing insights.


Required Skills & Experience

815 years of experience in IT Services Sales.

  • Minimum 5+ years selling Digital Workplace / EUC / Managed Services.
  • Proven track record of closing multi-year managed services deals.
  • Strong CXO-level relationship management capability.
  • Experience handling RFPs, solution positioning, and commercials.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL-based service delivery models.
  • Exposure to global delivery models preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA in Sales / Marketing (preferred).

Strong network within enterprise IT ecosystem in South India.

Experience working in organizations with global presence.

Understanding of automation, AI, and workplace analytics tools.
