Digital Workplace Lead Architect

We are currently looking for Digital Workplace Lead Architect to join a fast growing product based Organisation in Pune

Role: Digital Workplace Lead Architect

Location: Baner, Pune

Note: This is a full time role, 3 Days hybrid role based at Orbia Global Capability Center in Pune

Relevant Experience:

• Knowledge/Experience: 14+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in architecture or workplace strategy roles.
• Proven leadership across M365, endpoint management (Intune, JAMF), and OT/IT convergence.
• Strong knowledge of identity, access management, zero trust, cloud platforms, and mobile-first strategies.
• Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments is highly desirable.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma principles.
• Enterprise Architecture certification (TOGAF, Zachman) or Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Familiarity with smart factory technologies, remote support tools, and hybrid work strategies.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional architecture teams.
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile delivery frameworks
