Job Description

Web Publishing specialist for Digital Analysis and Strategy, Experience, Content and Design.
Delivering high quality content for Commercial marketing, Product Line marketing, Segment marketing and Agilent Corporate content owners. providing technical and process solutions for ACG, DAS and DEO.
Responsible for analysis, review and execution of business requests and development of business process recommendations to meet requirements, including problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems, processes and solutions.
May participate in business systems planning to define or upgrade business applications or functional solutions.
Regularly engages with IT to report defects and execute solutions.
This role may involve a significant amount of project management.
Project management responsibilities include managing internal non-technical business projects from initiation through completion.
Leads content projects, requests, issue resolution and delivery of results.
Interprets requirements, identifies project scope, assigns requests and tracks performance and milestone achievement.
Ensures effective communication across teams/functions.
Keeps management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact results, customers and the business.
Adheres to team regulations, assigned shift, leadership, management and guidance provided.
Shift will primarily be working during the afternoon and evening and day shifts.

This is a hybrid WFH + Office role model.
After 30+ days, WFH may be 3 days per week.

Qualifications

Website Content and CMS experience: Oracle and/or Adobe, Digital asset management is a plus
AEM, Custom HTML coding, tagging, web development, javascript, bootstrap, etc.
 

Bachelor's, Master's degree or equivalent.
Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.
Job requires general or basic website, CMS and HTML publishing experience.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
