What Youll Drive

• Lead the English digital video vertical, setting benchmark editorial and creative standards.
• Conceptualize and produce high-impact digital-first formats explainers, interviews, bulletins, debates, and special shows.
• Own the end-to-end video lifecycle: ideation, scripting, production, publishing, distribution, and performance optimization.
• Scale and strengthen our English YouTube presence through data-led content strategy.
• Identify emerging trends, experiment with new formats, and unlock new audience segments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, social, design, and analytics teams to ensure brand consistency and performance excellence.
• Mentor and inspire a high-performing team of producers, anchors, and editors.

What You Bring

• 1215 years of experience in digital journalism, specifically within news channels or media houses.
• Masters degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in scaling YouTube and digital video audiences within the news domain.
• Strong editorial judgment and exceptional English storytelling skills.
• Deep understanding of digital production workflows, analytics, and platform algorithms.
• Proven leadership experience managing creative teams in fast-paced news environments.
