Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile professional who can design realistic 3D industrial environments and convert them into interactive digital twin simulations for training applications.

This role combines 3D environment creation, technical simulation logic, and training scenario development to build immersive digital twin solutions for global industrial clients, particularly in manufacturing, automotive, and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

3D Environment Design

• Create industrial environments, machinery layouts, and process simulations in Blender
• Optimize CAD models into real-time usable assets
• Develop realistic materials, lighting, and industrial scene composition
• Maintain visual accuracy aligned with engineering documentation

Simulation & Technical Integration

• Build interactive SOP training simulations and guided scenarios
• Add interaction logic, triggers, animations, and evaluation flows
• Prepare environments for deployment across desktop, VR, or web platforms

Training-Focused Digital Twin Development

• Translate real-world industrial procedures into virtual training scenarios
• Develop step-based simulations for safety, maintenance, or operational training
• Support multi-language training environments where required
• Work with engineering SMEs to ensure technical accuracy

Required Skills

• Strong Blender-based 3D modeling and environment design
• Experience handling CAD-to-real-time conversion workflows
• Understanding of industrial environments (manufacturing, automotive, engineering)
• Ability to implement interaction logic or simulation workflows
• Basic scripting/programming exposure (Python/C#/similar)
• Strong problem-solving and visual attention to detail

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in simulation engines (Unity/Unreal or equivalent)
• Exposure to XR/VR training environments
• Instructional design or industrial training experience
• Familiarity with SOP-driven process simulations
• Experience working with European industrial clients
