What will I be doing at Ather?

● Lead the process & system change management process inside the finance department and prepare the Product Requirements.

● Drive digital transformation of Accounts payable, Accounts receivable and Financial reporting

● Drive the Data Analytics & Digitalization of MIS to gain efficiencies and ability to predict and ensure weekly, monthly and quarterly publishing of the same.

● Work closely with Information System team to drive the successful execution of all key finance projects within the defined timelines

● Collaborating with Finance Leads for a high level design, blue print and implementation towards an integrated & complaint process with different business workstream - SCM, Sales, Operations, FICO etc.

● Drive the finance internal process improvement initiatives to become more efficient, agile and responsive

● Establish & maintain communication with different swimlanes & departments for synchronized timelines and priorities across the board.

What kind of experience & skills do I need for this role?

● Good understanding of enterprise processes like Supply chain, Operations etc. and its integration with finance

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Competency in writing effective documents (BRD or PRD) and making presentations to communicate effectively stakeholders

● The ability to work with multiple stakeholders for different parallel initiatives within Finance.

● Strong Analytical and problem solving skills to deliver logical conclusions

● Proficiency in analyzing/defining processes or systems and implement changes to improve the processes

● Preferred: Understanding of Agile framework in Software development
