Proven experience as an OCM Consultant with a focus on PLM in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management processes, tools, and technologies.
Expertise in change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Kotter's 8Step Model, or Prosci.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex projects and manage competing priorities.
Strong functional consulting experience with PLM software solutions such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, or Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA.
