Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Telesales Executive based in Kolkata. The Digital Telesales Executive will engage in lead generation, initiate and maintain client communications, and promote products or services via phone interactions. The role involves providing excellent customer support, handling inquiries, and closing sales opportunities efficiently. Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Sales skills
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Customer Aquisition techniques
Sales skills, including the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
Experience in telesales, digital sales, or a related field is mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory
