Digital Specialist (Real Estate)

Experience: 1.5 to 2 years (Agency background only)

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (On-site)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist Real Estate who will own end-to-end paid media execution for our real estate vertical. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role with clear ownership of campaign planning, execution, optimisation, automation, reporting, and client coordination.

You will work exclusively on real estate campaigns , focusing on lead generation, project launches, and sustained performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) A. Media Strategy & Execution
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Own campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and optimisation to maximise ROI
  • Align media strategy with project stage, location, and sales objectives


B. Campaign Creation & Optimisation
  • Create and optimise campaigns for lead generation, launches, and brand visibility
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Monitor performance daily and make data-driven optimisation decisions


C. Content & Creative Direction
  • Write compelling ad copies aligned with real estate positioning and campaign goals
  • Work closely with design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives
  • Provide clear creative direction based on performance insights


D. Automation & Tools
  • Set up and manage automation workflows using tools such as Zapier, WATI, Engati, Zoho, Salesforce , or similar
  • Ensure accurate lead capture, tracking, and CRM integration across platforms
  • Maintain data hygiene and funnel visibility from lead to handover


E. Client Coordination & Reporting
  • Act as the primary point of contact for paid media updates and performance discussions
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Ensure transparent communication, clear timelines, and performance accountability


What Were Looking For
  • 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on paid media experience (agency experience with real estate clients preferred )
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Proven ability to optimise campaigns based on data and performance metrics
  • Exposure to CRM integrations and lead management workflows
  • Masters degree or relevant certification in digital marketing (preferred, not mandatory)
