Role: Digital Solution consultant (Metal)

Required Technical Skill Set:

Strong understanding & experience of the Metal (Ferros / Non-ferrous) manufacturing processes, Industrial Automation, Process Control & Optimization, process engineering, quality control, energy optimization & Supply chain optimization.

Knowledge of MES, ERP & Digital Technologies

Desired Experience Range: 15+ years

Location: Pune/Bangalore

Desired Competencies :

Must-Have:

• Expertise in steelmaking, non-ferrous metals, foundries, and rolling mill operations .
• Understanding of process control, quality management, energy efficiency, and yield improvement in metal industry
• Experience with SCADA, MES, DCS, and industrial automation systems, ERP & Asset management systems
• Experience in IoT, AI/ML, digital twins, edge computing, Industry 4.0 for manufacturing

Strategic thinking, Problem-solving mindset, good communication and presentation skills, Project management experience

Good-to-Have:

• Experience of managing digital transformation program for Metal company to improve availability, safety and production performance
• Experience in Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing
• Knowledge of sustainable & green metal manufacturing technologies
