Digital Services Supervisor - Project Manager

About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for leading complex client engagements, programs, and portfolios from initiation through closure. This role partners closely with clients, internal delivery teams, and leadership to ensure successful outcomes, predictable delivery, and strong client satisfaction across midmarket and enterprise engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle delivery, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) based on project needs and client context.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality to ensure successful and profitable delivery.
• Establish and maintain standardized PMO processes, templates, and best practices, coach and train teams on effective usage.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project deliverables, milestones, success criteria, and acceptance standards.
• Facilitate client governance, including status meetings, milestone reviews, and executivelevel steering committee presentations.
• Proactively identify project risks, issues, and scope changes; develop and communicate mitigation and resolution strategies.
• Create and maintain project plans, roadmaps, scope documents, and assumptions in partnership with Practice Leaders and Account Executives.
• Track and report project financials, forecasts, and performance using Smartsheet and project management tools.
• Participate in resource capacity planning and support resource acquisition, allocation, and leveling.
• Drive continuous improvement through customer satisfaction surveys and postproject reviews tied to key milestones.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and crossfunctional teams.
• Contribute to PMO talent development, including onboarding and mentoring.

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering fulllifecycle projects in a clientfacing environment.
• Proficiency across multiple project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to hold teams accountable and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Experience building and managing project schedules, including estimation techniques, critical path analysis (CPM), contingency, and reserves.
• Experience with resource planning, effort estimation, cost tracking, and utilization management.
• Ability to manage complex projects, challenging stakeholders, and difficult conversations.
• Handson experience with project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Resource Management, Microsoft collaboration tools, Excel).
• Familiarity with PSA systems for project setup, financial tracking, reporting, and status management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problemsolving, and negotiation skills.

• Experience mentoring team members preferred.
• Solid understanding of core business processes (e.g., CRM, ERP, Sales cycles, AP/AR).
• Project delivery experience with one or more of the following platforms: NetSuite, Salesforce, Microsoft Business Central, Great Plains, CRM.
• Manufacturing and supply chain domain experience a plus.

Education & Certifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• PMP certification required.
• Additional project management or relevant technical certifications considered.
