Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai for a Digital Services Coordinator. The role involves overseeing and managing digital branding projects, analyzing client needs, and ensuring the smooth delivery of digital services.The role requires visiting the client location 2 days a week and working from the Canit office for 4 days a week to ensure smooth coordination of projects.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Communication and Coordination skills to facilitate seamless interaction between clients and internal teams.
• Visit the client location twice a week to understand requirements and collect feedback.
• Coordinate between the client and the internal creative/design team.
• Assist in reviewing design drafts and communicating client inputs clearly.
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives and project updates.
• Maintain clear documentation of client requirements and approvals.
• Support the team in improving creative outputs based on client expectations.
