Digital Rights & Content Protection Executive

This role focuses on managing copyright compliance and content protection across digital platforms, ensuring that original content is safeguarded and third-party usage is properly monitored and addressed. The position requires strong attention to detail, platform knowledge, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Monitor digital platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for copyright infringements, unauthorized uploads, and content misuse
• Manage copyright claims, takedowns, strikes, and disputes using platform tools such as Content ID and rights management systems
• Register, track, and maintain records of owned content and intellectual property
• Coordinate with content, legal, and platform partner teams to resolve copyright-related issues
• Review third-party claims and take appropriate action to protect owned content
• Ensure compliance with platform copyright policies and evolving digital regulations
• Maintain detailed documentation and reports on claims, disputes, and resolutions
• Support internal teams with guidance on copyright-safe content usage
• Monitor recurring infringement patterns and recommend preventive measures

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in copyright management, content protection, or digital rights management
• Strong understanding of copyright laws and platform-specific copyright policies
• Hands-on experience with YouTube Content ID, copyright claims, and takedown processes
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content workflows
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners
• Ability to handle sensitive issues with accuracy and professionalism
