Role Overview

We are looking for a 360-degree Sales Professional . As a Digital Relationship Manager (DRM), you will build and monetize your own portfolio of partners.

You act as a "Mini-CEO" of your territory. You will hunt for new Ambassadors (CAs, Consultants), onboard them, and then act as their sales engine to close deals with their SME clients. You own the relationship from the first "Hello" to the final "Revenue Booked."


Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner Acquisition (The Hunter) 40% of role

  • Prospecting: Scout LinkedIn, databases, and directories to identify potential Ambassadors (Chartered Accountants, HR Consultants, Payroll Firms).
  • Outbound Outreach: Execute high-volume cold calling and digital outreach to pitch the "Ambassador Opportunity."
  • The Hook: Convince them to join by highlighting the Zero Investment and Recurring Earning potential (50k-1L/month) without needing to be an insurance agent.

2. Onboarding & Activation (The Farmer) 30% of role

  • Digital Handshake: Guide new partners through the App registration and KYC process.
  • Portfolio Mining: Conduct "Account Planning" sessions with your Ambassadors. Help them scan their client list to identify the top 10 SMEs to target immediately.
  • Relationship Building: Keep your Ambassadors engaged and motivated. You are their single point of contact for support and earning updates.

3. Revenue Closing (The Closer) 30% of role

  • The "Proxy" Salesperson: Your Ambassadors will introduce you to their clients. YOU must take the lead from there.
  • Pitching SMEs: Conduct video/phone pitches to SME business owners. Sell the value of "Monthly Employee Healthcare Memberships" (Subscription Model) vs. traditional annual insurance.
  • Closing: Handle negotiations, answer questions about the wellness benefits, and close the subscription.
  • Revenue Goal: You are responsible for the total Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generated by your batch of Ambassadors.
  • No Mis-selling: Ensure partners and clients understand this is a wellness membership focused on primary care and hospitalization benefits via a subscription model.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 25 years in End-to-End Sales (Outbound Sales + Closing).
  • Ideal Background: Mutual Fund Counsellors, Health Tech Sales, Inside Sales, or Relationship Managers in Banking or Insurance Industry
  • The "Switch" Ability: You must be aggressive enough to cold call a stranger (Hunter) but professional enough to nurture a long-term relationship (Farmer).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication. You need to sound credible to both a Tax Consultant (the Partner) and a Business Owner (the End Client).
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRMs (Zoho / Salesforce/ Lead Squared) and Zoom.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. New Acquisition: # of New Ambassadors registered per month.
  2. Activation Rate: % of your partners who provide at least 1 qualified lead within 30 days.
  3. Revenue (The North Star): Total Monthly Subscription Revenue closed from your portfolio.
  4. Activity Metrics: Daily Call Volume (New Prospects + Existing Partner Follow-ups).
