Digital QA Specialist

YOU BRING/ DESIRE EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in hospitality, IT, IT-related consulting, or event technology industries
• Relevant experience managing quality assurance for SaaS platforms, preferably in the event management or enterprise tools space
• Hands-on experience with QA tools, frameworks, and methodologies including manual and automated testing
• Strong project management skills; ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Technical & functional experience of meetings technology & digital teaming tools like Cvent, 6Connex, Zoom, Trello, Slido, Lanyon, DoubleDutch etc. required
• Expertise on MS Office software, especially PowerPoint preferred
• Strong customer service background
• Strong training and development skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (multilingual preferred)
