Promotion Specialist (Google Ads Focused) to manage and scale our paid advertising

campaigns. We are seeking a performance-driven candidate with 23 years of hands-on Google

Ad experience and proven project work in promoting content, websites, and service

campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital promotion campaigns across platforms.
• Coordinate with content teams for promotional content strategy.
• Promote blogs, website content, and service pages through paid & organic

channels.

• Track campaign KPIs and optimise for ROI.
• Handle SEO-based promotional activities.
• Support brand awareness and patient acquisition campaigns
• Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns.
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports.

Required Skills:

• 23 years of Google Ads campaign management experience.
• Proven record of running live ad projects.
• Experience promoting content, blogs, or service pages.
• Strong understanding of keyword targeting and conversion funnels.
• Knowledge of landing page & ad copy coordination with content writers.
• Budget and bid optimisation skills.

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare or service industry campaigns.
• Portfolio or proof of past Google Ads projects.
• Content promotion campaign experience.
