Digital Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver digital projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and deliver digital projects including websites, apps, campaigns, and internal tools

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Coordinate with designers, developers, marketers, and external vendors

Track project progress and ensure deadlines, quality standards, and budgets are met

Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions when required

Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and documentation

Ensure clear communication between clients, internal teams, and management

Manage change requests and ensure proper approval and implementation

Use project management tools to monitor tasks and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role

Strong understanding of digital platforms, web technologies, and marketing workflows

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar
