Job Description
The key role of the Digital Team Lead is to ensure the successful onboarding and continuous training of specialists, resulting in high-quality deliverables. This position oversees a group of specialists assigned to various customer projects, ensuring they are effectively managed and aligned with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Directly manage and empower a team of specialists responsible for delivering top-notch project execution, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
- Operational Excellence: Offer operational support and mentorship to our specialists, balancing team workloads to meet project demands and allocate resources optimally.
- Talent Development & Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other Digital Team Leads to design programmes that enhance skill sets, promoting professional growth and team alignment.
- Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving client issues, working closely with Customer Success teams to ensure satisfaction and alignment with client goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead process optimisation initiatives within the digital development group to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Hiring & Retention: Play an active role in recruiting and onboarding new team members, providing ongoing feedback, training, and development opportunities.
- Product Mastery: Maintain a deep understanding of all products and services, ensuring integrated and seamless strategies for customers.
- Strategic Reporting: Regularly report on team performance, resource needs, challenges, and successes, driving departmental growth.
