Role Overview:

 We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and managing digital products, especially within the BFSI domain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance existing products and conceptualize new digital offerings to improve customer experience and business outcomes.

 Key Responsibilities:

Define and manage the product roadmap for AU Bank’s digital platforms (web/mobile/internet banking).

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology, UI/UX, compliance, and operations to translate business needs into product requirements.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to ideate and prioritize features.

Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and propose enhancements.

Ensure digital solutions are customer-centric, scalable, secure, and compliant with regulations.

Act as the product SME during UAT, training, and rollout phases.

Required Skills & Experience:

 2–5 years of experience in Digital Product Management or related roles in Banking, Fintech, or Digital Services.

Strong understanding of digital banking products such as mobile apps, UPI, digital onboarding, net banking, etc.

Proven track record of managing product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Ability to analyze data and make data-driven product decisions.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
