Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Software Product Manager to own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for our website and net banking platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless, secure, and engaging customer experience by aligning product enhancements with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends. This role requires a deep understanding of digital banking, user experience (UX), and collaboration across multiple teams, including engineering, marketing, customer success, and operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Roadmap Ownership:

Develop and manage the strategic roadmap for the website and net banking platform.

Prioritize features based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.

Define OKRs and KPIs for product performance and user engagement.

 

2. Customer Experience & UX:

Partner with design and UX teams to ensure a smooth, user-centric experience across platforms.

Continuously enhance usability, performance, and accessibility of digital touchpoints.

Conduct user research, A/B testing, and gather feedback for iterative improvements.

 

3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with technology, marketing, and customer service teams to align product goals with business objectives.

Coordinate with MarTech, SEO, SEM, and website management teams to optimize customer acquisition and engagement.

Collaborate with risk management and security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

 

4. Feature Development & Delivery:

Define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications for development teams.

Manage the product lifecycle from concept to release, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Oversee integrations with third-party fintech solutions and digital banking services.

 

5. Data-Driven Decision Making:

Monitor product performance and customer behavior using analytics tools.

Use data to identify opportunities for conversion optimization and cross-selling.

Automate reporting on product metrics and customer engagement KPIs.

 

6. Technology & Innovation:

Stay updated on trends in digital banking, MarTech, and fintech innovations.

Identify and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance product capabilities.

Own the tech roadmap in collaboration with engineering teams to plan upgrades, scalability, and innovation.
