Position Title: Product Designer

Job Description:

Roles & responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end design strategy for shopping experience products such as search, browse, product detail pages, cart & checkout and catalog selection.
Develop UX frameworks, interaction models, and scalable design patterns to improve product discovery.
Conduct user research, usability studies, and competitor benchmarking to inform design decisions.
Work closely with data science and AI teams to design intuitive search and recommendation experiences.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
Define design success metrics, leveraging A/B testing and analytics to refine user experiences.

Experience Required:

6-9 years of UX/UI design experience, with expertise in e-commerce, search, and discovery experiences.
Strong portfolio demonstrating shopping experience UX, such as apps, search, browse, navigation, cart, checkout and product page designs.
Deep understanding of UX principles, behavioral psychology, and conversion optimization.
Proficiency in Figma.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
