Digital Product & E-commerce Lead

TORA & TORY is a high-design, sculptural jewellery brand building its digital presence with the same rigor as its manufacturing. We are bootstrapped, hands-on, and uncompromising.

This role is for someone who can own our website end-to-end, not just maintain it.

You will operate our Shopify store today, design and improve the customer journey continuously, and later lead the transition to a fully custom-built website.

This is not a narrow role. It is a position of responsibility.

Answer all screening questions clearly. Questions not answered will lead to application being rejected.

What you will do

• Maintain, operate, and update our Shopify website daily.
• Own UI/UX across the entire customer journey.
• Create and manage website visuals (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Coordinate with marketing and customer service on orders, launches, and campaigns.
• Prepare the groundwork for a future custom-built website.
• Support affiliate and digital content when required.

What you must already know

• Shopify inside-out, including real order handling.
• UI/UX principles for premium or luxury brands.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript (hands-on).
• Figma + Adobe suite proficiency.
• How to work independently without constant supervision.

Template-only designers.

Freelancers looking for side work.
