Job Description
As a Manager, you play a pivotal role in building client relationships, leading teams, and driving strategic technology initiatives. You will develop your personal brand, deepen technical expertise, and refine leadership abilities while navigating complex business challenges. - Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and relationship building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Partner with market makers and pursuit teams to influence large opportunities early in the deal cycle.
- Communication & Analysis
- Communicate findings clearly and effectively in written and verbal formats.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesizing complex data into meaningful insights.

- Execution & Quality Assurance
- Oversee solution planning, development, and quality assurance to maintain the highest standards.
- Conduct capability assessments for digital platform ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce CRM, Workday, etc.).
- Integrate financial modeling and business case development to recommend best-fit technology solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree preferred in Technology or Business Administration.
- Experience: 9 - 14 years of relevant experience in technology strategy, digital platforms, or enterprise architecture.
- Certifications: Preferred credentials in areas such as:
- Cloud Architecture: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud
- Enterprise Architecture: TOGAF
- IT Service Management: SAFe Architect, ITIL, ServiceNow, BMC
