Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Performance Marketing Manager who has scaled consumer apps at high velocity and knows how to turn ad spend into predictable growth. This role is ideal for someone who has run and optimized large monthly budgets on Google and Meta, understands app growth economics, and obsesses over CAC, LTV, and ROAS.


You will own end-to-end paid growth for our consumer apps, from acquisition strategy to daily optimization, experimentation, and scaling.


Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Acquisition & Scaling


Own and scale paid user acquisition across Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)


Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget monthly spends with clear CAC and ROAS targets


Scale campaigns profitably while maintaining cost efficiency and retention quality


2. App Growth Optimization


Optimize for App Installs, In-App Events, Purchases, Subscriptions, and LTV


Deep understanding of funnel metrics: CPI, CPA, Conversion Rate, Retention, ARPU, LTV


Work closely with product and analytics teams to improve onboarding, activation, and monetization


3. Performance & Experimentation


Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels


Rapidly iterate on ad creatives, copies, hooks, and formats for scale


Identify winning patterns and double down on what works


4. Analytics & Reporting


Track and analyze performance using Firebase, Appsflyer/Adjust, GA, Meta & Google dashboards


Build clear weekly and monthly reports with insights, not just numbers


Translate data into actionable growth decisions


5. Budget Ownership & ROI


Own monthly marketing budgets and ensure efficient capital deployment


Forecast spend vs growth impact and plan scale phases


Strong focus on ROI-driven growth, not vanity metrics


Qualifications & Experience

Must-Have


36+ years of experience in Performance Marketing for Consumer Apps (B2C)


Proven experience running and scaling paid ads on Google and Meta


Hands-on experience managing large monthly ad budgets (10L+ / $50K+ per month or higher)


Strong understanding of app growth metrics and mobile attribution


Experience scaling apps across India and/or global markets


Strongly Preferred


Experience with subscription-based or freemium consumer apps


Prior experience in high-growth startups or consumer tech companies


Familiarity with creative strategy for performance (UGC, video ads, hooks, iterations)


Experience collaborating with product, design, and content teams
