About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital paid Ads Manager with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to lead and scale paid marketing campaigns for our international clients. The ideal candidate must come from a digital marketing agency background and have proven experience in managing both ecommerce and service-based performance campaigns.
You will be responsible for developing data-driven strategies, executing high-performing campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving measurable ROI across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, build, and manage high-performance campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Develop and optimize lead generation funnels to acquire high-quality leads for service-based clients.
- Manage and scale eCommerce performance campaigns , including feed optimization, retargeting, segmentation, and conversion improvements.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling to guide campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare analytical reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance ROI.
- Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and user journeys to improve conversions and reduce acquisition costs.
- Stay updated on the latest platform updates, industry trends, and performance marketing best practices.
- Work closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure campaign alignment with client objectives.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns in a digital marketing agency .
- Proven experience managing international clients across multiple industries.
- Strong command over both lead generation and eCommerce performance campaigns .
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, tracking setups , and performance measurement tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, optimization skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Preference for candidates based in Delhi NCR .
