Digital Media Manager

We are looking for someone toown and grow our digital presence end-to-end, from social media to campaigns to website storytelling.

This is astrategy + execution rolefor someone who understands fashion, content, and brand building.

Role Overview

As Digital & Brand Lead, you will be responsible for shaping how Ginna shows up online and how it converts attention into engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• LeadInstagram strategy and execution(reels, posts, storytelling, growth)
• Plan and executecollection launches & digital campaigns
• Overseewebsite content, product storytelling, and conversion improvements
• Driveinfluencer collaborationsand partnerships (seeding, outreach, tracking)
• Conceptualise and coordinatecontent shoots(moodboards, references, direction)
• Ensure consistency inbrand voice, aesthetic, and communication
• Track performance and continuously improve strategy based on insights

Who Were Looking For

• Strong aesthetic sense with an understanding offashion/lifestyle branding
• Experience in managing or growing a brands digital presence
• Deep understanding ofInstagram content, trends, and growth
• Ability to think strategicallyandexecute hands-on
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong communication and storytelling skills

Bonus

• Experience working with fashion or D2C brands
• Basic photo/video editing skills (Reels, CapCut, etc.)
• Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations
