Job Description
Position : Digital marketing Trainer
Experience : 2 years as a Digital Marketing Faculty
Location : Calicut
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver engaging and comprehensive digital marketing training sessions (both online and
offline) across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
Conduct practical, hands-on sessions, guiding students in implementing concepts on live
projects and real-time case studies.
Develop, update, and maintain training curriculum, lesson plans, assignments, and case
studies aligned with the latest industry practices.
Assist management in reviewing and enhancing the syllabus quality, training structure, and
learning methodologies.
Monitor student learning outcomes, track progress, and provide constructive feedback for
improvement.
Support learners in preparing for industry-recognized certifications (Google, Facebook,
HubSpot, etc.).
Stay updated with digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices to bring relevant
knowledge to the classroom.
Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages creativity and
problem-solving.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (preferred but not
mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing (industry or training).
Proven expertise in key digital marketing platforms, tools, and campaign execution.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or Analytics (preferred).
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner.
