Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Media Planning professional to lead integrated digital strategies for a marketing agency. The role requires strong client ownership, hands-on media planning expertise, and internal teams to deliver impactful brand and performance-led campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage client requirements related to digital media strategy, including biddable & non biddable platforms
- Develop end-to-end digital media plans aligned to campaign KPIs such as awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions
- Plan and execute cross-platform digital media strategies across social, search, display, programmatic, video, and emerging platforms
- Coordinate internally across departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, content calendars, and media deliverables
- Analyze campaign performance and present insight-led reports and recommendations to clients
- Manage negotiations with digital platforms, social publishers, and media partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and delivery excellence
Profile Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in digital media planning, and campaign strategy, preferably within a marketing or media agency
- Postgraduate degree or diploma in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital media and audience planning frameworks
- Experience using data, tools, and technology to identify and engage key target audience segments
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and media planning
- Comfortable working with numbers, budgets, and performance metrics
- Excellent PowerPoint (PPT) skills for creating clear, impactful client presentations
- Strong research, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment
- Experience in performance-driven and programmatic media planning will be an added advantage
