Mode- 100% Remote
Working Days - Monday to Saturday, Sunday off
Shift - 6:00 am to 3:00 pm New York time (8 Hours working + 1 hour break)-03:30 pm to 12:30 Am IST
Compensation: 50,000-60000 INR per month/750 USD Per Month

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence, generating quality leads, and supporting overall business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in running performance-driven digital campaigns, strong analytical skills, and an understanding of the legal industrys unique positioning.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
A/B testing and continuous performance improvement based on campaign KPIs
Social Media Strategy
Develop and execute organic and paid strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
Drive brand visibility and engagement through legal content, blogs, and case studies
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Collaborate with the SEO team to boost organic rankings and visibility on SERPs
Identify and target keywords relevant to legal services and high-intent client searches
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze digital performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools
Prepare weekly/monthly marketing dashboards and ROI-focused reports
Public Relations
Coordinate with PR agencies for media coverage, press releases, and feature placements
Align digital campaigns with PR calendar and legal achievements
Strategize and implement organic lead generation techniques, including gated content, email workflows, lead magnets, and SEO-optimized blogs
knowledge of Google Ads, and Know about Email marketing & LinkedIn Sales Navigator ad paid ads
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
Recommend strategic shifts based on insights and legal industry dynamics
Requirements
35 years of proven experience in managing paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
Strong understanding of SEO, digital analytics, and content marketing
