Job Description

Looking for a candidate working full-time in the PR/Journalism Industry/Digital Marketing Agency


Location: Delhi/NCR

Minimum Work Experience: 4-5 Years

Job Type: Full-time


Preferred Skills:


  • Experience in attending Launch Events and Media Coverages
  • Hands on experience in Google and Meta Adsense and Ads Manager respectively
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Proven expertise in Business Development and Generation
  • Basic Understanding or Knowledge of Graphic Designing
  • Strong Editing and Proofreading Skills
  • Conceptual and creative thinking ability for Client Satisfaction and Servicing


Responsibilities:


1. Develop and execute marketing strategies for all product categories of Tomorrow's India, be it existing or new


2. Convert marketing strategies into successful campaigns that include advertising, promotions, activations, public relations, social media, and ATL/BTL management


3. Create marketing programs that are ROI-driven and measurable, and have a high impact on sales and brand visibility


4. Prepare and keep track of the annual marketing budget in line with business objectives


5. Convert business strategies into financial results by effectively promoting products and marketing campaigns, and forecasting ROI


6. Strategize marketing campaigns in line with the sales plan to facilitate sales through marketing initiatives.


7. Prepare a marketing calendar for advertising, PR, ATL/BTL/OOH, digital marketing, sales support, and market research


8. Validate and analyze the team's work. Should possess strong conceptual writing skills and an eye for inconsistencies and errors.


9. Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content


10. Good command over English for editing and polishing existing content to improve readability


11. Content overview and management (including website)


12. Guide the team to handle client communication and servicing effectively and efficiently


13. Strategize communication and provide guidance on handling of customer services efficiently


14. Have adept knowledge and handling of all Social Channels including postings and boosts


15. Have adept knowledge and handling of Google and Meta Ads Manager and a keen interest or knowledge of website analytics


16. Fundamental knowledge of website functioning and handling including uploading of content and graphics on website


17. Fundamental knowledge of Graphic Designing and Videography to guide designers with respect to content curation and coverages at launch events


18. Smooth communication and coordination with Admin team and external vendors

for running office operations
