Digital Marketing Specialist

Thought Over Marketing is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and scale ads for D2C brands. (Full-Time, Remote). Freelancers should NOT apply.

Responsibilities:

• Run and optimize paid ads on Meta and Google.
• Primarily handle conversion, lead generation, and shopping campaigns.
• Manage Pixel , GA4, and Shopify integration and tracking
• Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and share growth reports
• Contribute to creative and performance strategy
• Client coordination

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Shopify
• Proactive, willing to learn, and willing to participate
• Highly deadline-driven. This role is for people who consistently meet deadlines

• Full-time | Remote
• Timings: 10AM - 6:30 PM
• Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 per month
