Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist for Cloud Kitchen (Delhi)

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive online orders and brand visibility for our cloud kitchen in Delhi. Youll optimize delivery platforms, run targeted ads, and create engaging social content to attract local customers via Zomato, Swiggy, Instagram, and Google.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize profiles on Zomato, Swiggy, and other food aggregators for top search rankings and higher order volume.

Develop and execute social media strategies on Instagram and Facebook, including reels, stories, influencer partnerships, and user-generated content.

Run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and local platforms targeting food delivery near me in Delhi (budget: 20,000-50,000/month).

Implement local SEO: Update Google My Business, handle reviews, and track hyperlocal keywords.

Analyze performance using Google Analytics and platform insights; report weekly on orders, ROI, and customer acquisition.

Build retention via WhatsApp blasts, email campaigns, and loyalty programs.

Required Skills and Experience

2+ years in digital marketing, ideally for F&B, cloud kitchens, or food delivery businesses.

Proven expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content creation (food photography/reels a plus).

Hands-on with Zomato/Swiggy seller dashboards, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager.

Strong analytical skills; experience with A/B testing and ROI optimization.

Location: Delhi preferred (fluent in Hindi/English.

Qualifications

Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Certifications: Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or digital marketing courses.
