Digital Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will bring expertise and strategic approach to managing high-budget campaigns that directly contribute to the expansion of franchise network. Candidates with cross-industry experience and agency-level expertise are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for expansion of schools under the Jaipuria network.
• Create impactful ad copies, landing pages, designing journeys from first click to final conversion.
• Collaborate with business expansion team to align campaigns for lead generation and revenue maximization.
• Scale-up and manage large Google ad budgets while maintaining performance targets.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Develop scalable PPC strategies that can be adapted for different markets and regions.
• Support franchise partners with best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital ad content and campaigns.
• Explore and integrate AI tools where relevant to enhance ad performance and targeting.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing; recommended experience of 3 to 5 years or more
• Strong background in a digital marketing agency is required.
• Highly growth-oriented mindset with focus on maximizing output on given tasks.
• Experience managing multi-location or multi-account campaigns, preferably in the education or franchise sector; however, cross-industry applicants are encouraged to apply for the role as well
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data dashboards and performance KPIs.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
