Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who can drive organic growth, manage campaigns, and improve GetStructureds online presence. The ideal candidate is execution-focused, data-driven, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute organic marketing strategies across LinkedIn, email, and social media
• Manage and optimize LinkedIn company page growth and engagement
• Run and monitor basic paid campaigns (LinkedIn/Meta/Google) if required
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Coordinate content calendar aligned with HR and startup themes
• Track performance metrics and prepare weekly marketing reports
• Support lead generation initiatives for GetStructured services
• Work closely with the founder on campaign experiments and improvements

Key Requirements

• 13 years of experience in digital marketing (B2B preferred)
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and email marketing
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools (LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely

Good to Have

• Experience working with startups or HR/consulting brands
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals
