Job Summary


We are looking for a PPC Executive with hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns for Inbound Travel Tour Packages. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking, specifically for Inbound Holiday Packages. Experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads will be an added advantage.

Note: Candidates must have prior experience working on Tour Package Google Ads campaigns for an Inbound Travel Agency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for Inbound Holiday & Tour Packages
  • Handle Search, Display, Performance Max & Remarketing campaigns focused on lead generation
  • Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Conversion Tracking
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPA, tCPA, ROAS, and bidding strategies
  • Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and landing page coordination
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate regular performance reports
  • Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and cost efficiency
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align marketing goals with business outcomes


Required Skills & Expertise

  • 12 years of experience in PPC / Google Ads
  • Mandatory experience in Inbound Travel / Holiday Packages Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax)
  • CPA, tCPA & ROAS bid strategies
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Google Conversion Tracking
  • Experience in lead-focused campaigns for tour packages
  • Strong analytical and optimization skills


Added Advantage (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
  • Knowledge of remarketing and audience segmentation
  • Experience working with travel CRM or lead management systems


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Has previously worked with a Tour Operator or Inbound Travel Agency
  • Data-driven mindset with strong attention to performance metrics
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
  • Passion for digital marketing in the travel industry
