Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience, particularly in email marketing and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will support and execute email campaigns, assist with digital initiatives, analyze performance data, and help optimize marketing operations to drive engagement, traffic, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and sending email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotional emails, automation flows).
• Monitor and optimize email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and maintain subscriber lists.
• Support digital marketing activities across SEO, social media, PPC, and web channels with a focus on campaign operations.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics / GA4, and prepare basic performance insights/reports.
• Conduct basic keyword research, assist with on-page SEO and contribute to content recommendations.
• Assist in creating content for blogs, social media posts, ad copy, and email creatives.
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and email best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, product) to ensure marketing execution aligns with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to email marketing and/or marketing operations.
• Solid understanding of email marketing principles and campaign execution.
• Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and digital campaign operations.
• Comfortable using analytics tools such as Google Analytics / GA4.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new tools quickly.
• Marketing Degree (UG or PG) is mandatory.
• Candidates must be based in NCR (New Delhi/NCR region).
