About the Role
We are a growing fashion business operating acrossB2B, D2C e-commerce, and marketplaces . As we scale, we are looking for ahands-on Digital Growth & E-commerce Manager who can own execution, coordinate with agencies, and drive measurable growth across D2C and marketplaces.
This is not a pure strategy role. We are looking for someone who canthink, execute, and follow through .
Key Responsibilities
1 D2C Website Growth
- Own D2C sales growth through content, campaigns, and performance marketing coordination
- Improve website conversion rates through:
- Better creatives
- PDP optimisation
- Content & video usage
- Work closely with creative team to ensure commerce-focused content
- Monitor traffic, conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase metrics
2 Marketplace Scaling (Myntra, Amazon, etc.)
- Drive sales growth on marketplaces through:
- Catalogue optimisation
- Creative improvements
- Campaign & sale planning
- Coordinate AI catalogue initiatives (e.g., Myntra Swift)
- Track marketplace performance and identify growth levers
- Work with internal teams to improve visibility and conversion
3 Performance Marketing & Agency Coordination
- Act as the single point of contact for performance marketing agencies
- Translate business goals into clear briefs for agencies
- Monitor ROAS, CAC, spends, and performance reports
- Challenge data, ask the right questions, and optimise spends
4 Social Media Strategy & Direction (Sarha Brand)
- Define social media direction aligned with sales and brand goals
- Create monthly content themes and priorities
- Guide creative interns and ensure output quality
- Ensure consistency across platforms (Instagram, etc.)
5 Internal Coordination & Execution
- Work with:
- UGC & coordination intern
- Creative interns & designers
- Convert ideas into clear weekly priorities
- Ensure timelines are met and output is measurable
What Were Looking For
- 23 years of experience inD2C / E-commerce / Marketplaces
- Hands-on experience withperformance marketing agencies
- Strong understanding offashion, content, and digital commerce
- Comfortable working in agrowing environment
- Execution-focused, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
- Able to work independently and take ownership
Nice to Have
- Experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands
- Marketplace exposure (Myntra, Amazon, etc.)
- Ability to analyse numbers and take action
- Experience working with creative teams
