Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with experience in retail, hospitality, hotels, or restaurant businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels
• Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions
• Oversee social media marketing, content planning, and brand communication
• Optimize website performance through SEO and user experience improvements
• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution
• Plan and execute email marketing and CRM campaigns
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, hotels, or restaurant industry is mandatory
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, and social media strategies
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM platforms
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
